2 slices of bread mayonnaise mustard 2 slices deli ham 2 slices deli turkey 1 slice Swiss cheese 1 large egg 1/2 cup milk 1-2 Tbsp olive oil Spread mayonnaise on one side of first piece of bread; spread mustard on one side of second piece of bread. Assemble sandwich: bread, turkey, ham, Swiss, turkey, ham. Whisk egg and milk in bowl until well-combined. Pour into a shallow dish. Heat an oiled heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, dip both sides of sandwich in egg mixture to coat and cook on both sides until golden brown and cheese is melted. This recipe was added: 31 December 2025 |
