2 Tbsp powdered buttermilk 2 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp dried minced onion 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp dried dill weed 3/4 tsp kosher salt 1/16 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp dried chives 1/4 tsp citric acid 1/16 tsp xanthan gum (thickener) 2/3 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup sour cream 1/2 cup plus 3 Tbsp milk 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard Combine powdered buttermilk through xanthan gum and mix reasonably well. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise through mustard. Mix reasonably well with a spoon to incorporate most of the mayonnaise and the sour cream. Add powder mix in portions, whisking well after each addition to completely incorporate it, and scraping the sides of the bowl as well. Chill well before using. Dressing will thicken as it cools; if it is not thick enough after refrigerating, a very small addition of xanthan gum can be made, with thorough mixing. This recipe was added: 22 October 2022 |
