1/2 c chili powder 3 Tbsp ground cumin 3 Tbsp powdered mustard 2 Tbsp dried Mexican oregano 1 Tbsp dried cilantro 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon Combine ingredients and mix well.
