1/2 tsp dried hibiscus flowers 1 tsp dried spearmint 1/2 tsp sassafras root bark 1/2 tsp dried feverfew leaves 1/2 tsp dried chamomile flowers 1 c boiling water 1 Tbsp honey Boil one cup of water. Remove from heat and pour into a mug. Place tea ingredients in a tea infuser, steep 10 minutes. Sweeten tea with 1 Tbsp honey. This recipe was added: 29 July 2014 |
