2/3 cup evaporated milk 3 Tbsp butter 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesean cheese 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried dill 1 tsp Italian seasoning Combine milk and butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. When all butter has melted, add cheese in portions, stirring until each portion is completely melted before adding the next. Add remaining ingredients, mix well, and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly and thicken. Yields about 1 cup. This recipe was added: 8 July 2012 |
