1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp liquid smoke 3 Tbsp cayenne hot sauce 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder 5 drops Dave's Insanity Sauce Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Makes enough to marinate 2 1/2 pounds of meat in a gallon zip-top bag. This is a slow marinade; allow meat to marinate 8 hours or overnight. An injectible Jerky-style marinade can be made by mixing soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne hot sauce in a 4:2:1 (volume) ratio, plus a dash of liquid smoke.
