4 cups white vinegar 2 cups granulated sugar 2 Tbsp 6-pepper seasoning 2 Tbsp tomato bullion 2 tsp kosher salt 1/2 Tbsp ground chiltepin (or to taste) 1/2 tsp habanero flakes (or to taste) 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder 1/2 Tbsp mustard powder 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning Mix all ingredients in a glass or enamelled saucepan. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until volume is reduced by one-third. Makes about 5 cups. This recipe was added: 21 September 2008 |
