Great relief for cramps of all sorts. 1 tsp Earl Grey tea (or other tea of your choice) 1/2 tsp caraway seeds, bruised 1/2 tsp dried spearmint leaves 1/2 tsp ground ginger root 1/2 tsp valerian root 1/2 tsp dried raspberry leaves Boil one cup of water. Remove from heat and pour into a mug. Place tea ingredients in a tea infuser, steep 6 minutes. Remove infuser and sweeten tea with sugar to taste. This recipe was added: 29 December 2007 |
