1 icebox watermelon, well-chilled one fifth Raspberry-flavored vodka granulated sugar Chill watermelon thoroughly, 24 hours in advance. Cut watermelon flesh from rind; cut into bite-sized cubes. Place cubes in a half-gallon pitcher in layers, sprinkling the top of each layer with sugar. Add vodka to cover watermelon cubes. Cover pitcher and refrigerate, allowing to steep overnight.
