Tommy's Munchie Sauce

This vinegar-based sauce makes an excellent marinade or condiment for white meats, and is a great tangy dipping sauce for all manner of fried side dishes.

1 c white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp salt
2 medium bell peppers, cored and seeded, chopped
1 small white onion, chopped
1 c fresh sweet basil leaves
1 head garlic, peeled and chopped
2 drops Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce (for the brave)
1 habanero, chopped
1 Tbsp honey
4 medium Roma tomatos, chopped

Chop ingredients as specified, add to blender jar. Blend on "liquefy" setting until thoroughly liquefied.
