1 tsp orange zest 1/2 cup orange juice 1/3 cup pineapple juice 1 tsp lime zest 2 Tbsp lime juice 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp honey 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar 2 Tbsp white wine Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp ground red pepper 2/3 tsp ground ginger 2/3 tsp ground cardamom Combine all ingredients and mix well.
