Lennie's Salsa

This excellent salsa is quick and easy to make, and is guaranteed to ruin your ability to enjoy any salsa that comes in a jar.

3 large roma tomatoes, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 or more serrano peppers, chopped (if additional heat is desired)
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
double handful fresh cilantro leaves
juice of 1 lime
15 oz can whole fire-roasted tomatoes
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Combine in a food processor and process for 2-4 short bursts.
