Faux Saffron Cauliflower Rice



3 c riced cauliflower, raw
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chicken bullion powder
1/3 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter

Prepare 3 cups of riced cauliflower with a food processor. Put in a 1.5 quart casserole dish; mix in all seasonings, not including butter. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave for 4:30. Add butter to hot cauliflower and mix well.

Yields about 2 cups.
