Herbes de Provence
1 Tbsp dried marjoram
1 Tbsp dried savory
1 Tbsp dried rosemary
1 Tbsp dried thyme
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp dried lavender
Blend dried herbs well; store in an airtight container. Use on vegetables and white meats.
This is a knock-off of commercial American blends. The use of lavender is not a part of authentic
southern French cuisine.
