Homestead Hot Chocolate Mix

This recipe is easy to make and is better than most store-bought mixes. It goes quick during the winter! A half-batch fits nicely in a quart canning jar.

3 c Nestle Quik
1/4 c Coffee Mate (or other brand) coffee creamer
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 c powdered milk

Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Store in an air-tight container. Add 2-3 heaping tablespoons (or more to taste) to a cup of hot water; marshmallows are optional.
