1 cup chopped green onion juice of one lime (about 2 1/2 Tbsp) 2 cups coarsely chopped tomatillos 1/3 of a bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped 2 Tbsp olive oil salt, pepper and sugar to taste 2 Tbsp minced habanero, or to taste Put onion, lime juice, tomatillos, minced habanero and cilantro in a food processor and blend, adding oil slowly.
