Southwestern Roasted Cauliflower Tots

1 head cauliflower
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp blackening seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.

Cut cauliflower into smaller, uniform florets. Rinse under running water in a colander, shake off excess water. Spray lightly with olive oil, toss with seasoning. Spread florets on baking sheet, sprinkle with any remaining seasoning.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, turn florets and bake another 15 minutes or until they start to brown.
