Another Homestead Breakfast classic; these eggs will still be burning you ten minutes after you finish eating them.
2 Bermuda peppers (or hot Jalapenos), chopped finely
3 Hot Lemon peppers (or hot Cayennes), chopped finely
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
1/4 c finely chopped white onions
1 fat drop Dave's Insanity Sauce
Whisk eggs together until blended. Add other ingredients, mix well, and scramble in a skillet over medium heat. Top with shredded cheese before serving if desired.
