Homestead Cajun Dill Tuna Spread

9 oz tuna (chunk light in spring water)
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp ranch dressing
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp Habanero powder (e.g. Hotter Than Hell)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Jalapeno Tabasco hot sauce
1 tsp dill
Tellicherry pepper

Drain tuna and place in medium bowl. Add mayonnaise and ranch dressing and mix thoroughly. Add jalapeno, onion, garlic, and horseradish and mix again. Add remaining ingredients, except pepper, and mix thoroughly. When well-mixed, dust top with ground Tellicherry pepper.
