1 Tbsp Homestead Habanero Honey
3 Tbsp clover honey
1 lemon wedge
2 ounces Evan Williams Black (or other bourbon)
1 cup boiling water
Put honey in a coffee mug. Add juice from lemon wedge and pour in boiling water, stirring to dissolve the honey. Add bourbon, stir, and serve.
