2 ripe avocados
juice of one lime (about 2 1/2 Tbsp)
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped white onion
1 medium tomato, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped (or Bermuda or serrano peppers)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 to 3 drops Dave's Insanity Sauce, to taste
Split avocados, remove pits and use a spoon to scrape meat from peel. Mash avocado meat with a fork. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and process with a high-shear hand mixer until smooth, or process in a food processor.
